Why the same item pays differently on every platform
A $50 sale is not a $50 sale. Poshmark takes 20% and includes the label. Mercari takes 10% but charges it on the item plus the shipping the buyer paid. Depop dropped its US selling fee to zero and still runs 3.3% plus $0.45 through payment processing. eBay sits near 13.6% and charges on the shipping and tax as well as the item.
