How we run the business.
Honest valuations, honest limitations
Our AI-assisted Fair Market Value estimates are market reference data, not certified appraisals. Every estimate ships with a confidence score (high, medium, or low) and the comps used to produce it. When the model isn’t sure, it says so, and asks you for the detail it needs.
No data sales
We do not sell your data. Our business model is straightforward: we provide a valuable service and users pay for it.

The dataset isn’t bought. It’s built.
Most resale marketplaces keep their sold-price data behind a login, a paywall, or an enterprise API tier. It’s the single most valuable asset they own. AuctionIQ takes a different route. Every lot you log, every final price you record, and every comp you validate becomes part of the comp set.
The dataset grows with the community. The longer the system runs, the sharper the valuations get. None of it is rented; none of it disappears when a vendor changes their API terms. The receipts are ours.
The model doing the weighing is ours, too. We trained it on our own comp data and re-tune it weekly, so it gets sharper at your categories every cycle, instead of guessing the way a general-purpose model would.
